Sayra Exclusive conducts 100% quality checks on all our goods before sending them out to our loyal customers.
We have a no-refund policy upon payment.
However, we have an exchange policy which lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since receipt of your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a WhatsApp at +65 8862 7967 and we will contact you within 24 hours on the exchange process.
We will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Once received, we will proceed to do an exchange for your items and will inform you once the items are mailed out to your address. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
